Nancy McCuaig 

Nancy McCuaig is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at IGM Financial Inc. In this role, Nancy is responsible for defining the operations strategy and leading the operational excellence agenda for IGM and its subsidiaries, IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Investments. Her areas of oversight include daily operations, process optimization, operational risk management, vendor governance, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Since joining IGM in 2014, Nancy has been responsible for overseeing enterprise technology architecture, infrastructure and operations, service governance, crisis management and the real estate portfolio.

With over 35 years of experience across financial services, insurance, and gaming industries globally, Nancy’s breadth of expertise includes finance, regulatory and audit compliance, risk management, and team leadership. Prior to joining IGM Nancy held senior positions including at Great-West Lifeco, where she developed scalable technology solutions to support mergers and acquisitions.

Nancy has been a member of the Mackenzie Investment Board since 2022 and has served on the Heartland Mutual Insurance Board since 2023. Nancy holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and achieved the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
